The amalgamation of the companies Gebr. Havenaar and Van der Lugt in 1972, led to the formation of Haluco. The business, located in Bleiswijk, handles sales and distribution of fruit and vegetables, and is known for its no-nonsense approach.
Since May 2008, Total Produce has held a majority interest of 60% in Haluco BV. The remaining 40% of shares are in the hands of Haluco Beheer.
Total Produce is one of the world’s market leaders in fruit and vegetable marketing. Its headquarters are situated in Ireland.

has approximately 200 permanent staff members in Bleiswijk, divided among Commerce, Administration, Logistics and Production departments. Haluco bv also has a new sales office, “Delicious”, in Nieuw Amsterdam, and "Haluco Central Europe” in Budapest.
